Return Process

  Carefully place the product, along with all original cables, manuals, and accessories, into its original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
